Holiday Gift Vouchers
- The company is taken to mean Freedom Cottage Holidays (trading name) or Freedom Boating Holidays Ltd.
- The Face Value of each voucher shall increase by the amount/percentage shown on the voucher at the point of presentation
- Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher and must be redeemed by this date although the can be redeemed against bookings for dates beyond the expiry date.
- Vouchers can only be used for up to 50% of the total holiday booking fee. The Holiday Booking fee is taken to mean any charge for the accommodation booked and includes any waivers that may be applied. It does not include the cost of any insurance, fuel (power, gas, heating oil, diesel, etc), pet charges, additional person charges, or any other cost that is not part and parcel of the accommodation per-se.
- Holiday Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any service other than the provision of holiday accommodation.
- Vouchers must be used as a whole and cannot be partially redeemed unless the redemption value is greater than 50% of the holiday booking cost in which case vouchers will be repaid to the presenter of the difference in denominations of £10 (or multiples) only.
- In the event of a cancellation, where a refund is due, vouchers up to the value of those originally used (less any voucher refunds) will be supplied as part of the refund total.
Day Boat Vouchers
- Day Boat vouchers are issued by Freedom Boating Holidays Ltd, Ferry View Road, Horning, Norfolk, NR12 8PT.
- Redeemable against Day Hire only and entitles presenter to a full day’s hire on a Day Boat or, with a supplement, a picnic boat. All bookings subject to availability and our standard booking terms and conditions. Prior booking is recommended.
- Voucher valid only until the expiry date printed on the voucher but may be used for bookings made up to three months beyond the date of the voucher
- Voucher value £0.0001.
- A full day is taken to mean from 9 am until 5pm or dusk whichever is sooner.
