A low-cost introduction to the Norfolk Broads
Freedom has developed two ultra-low-cost boats available for hire from just £135.
Specifically developed to operate as day boats with overnight facilities, the specification of both is good, but not full cruiser level, which is one of the ways we can keep the cost low.
With one night for up to three people being as low as £135; it is no surprise that these two boats are popular. Demand is high, so book quickly to secure your boating break.
We will provide you with maps, training on use and safety, lifejackets and advice on where to head for. Plus any other help you may need. All you need is a spare day or two!

Where to go
Cruising at around 5 miles per hour gives you plenty of time to look around at the tranquil surroundings of the Norfolk Broads.
Here's just a few places you could visit.
Riverside - Norwich
A vibrant city space with cinema, bowling, trampoline centre and lots of eateries.
Norwich city centre just 10 minutes walk— Norwich - a fine city
Bramerton Wood End
Popular wide open space at the foot of the hill. Ideal picnic spot. Adjacent pub.
Free Mooring— Riverside Walks
Walk from Bramerton or cruise. Fantastic pub with moorings and two local nature reserves.
Pub is very popular— you may need to book a mooring / table
To the south bank is Coldham Hall, a popular pub with mooring. The village of Brundall lies to the north.
Access to Brundall via Church Fen moorings— Local Sailing Club
Wonderfull restored mill. Open to visitors during boating season; Friday to Monday.

A popular riverside village with a very pretty quayside. River can be quite fierce here.
